This homemade Red Beet Root Beer combines the deep, earthy sweetness of red beet with vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and a touch of molasses. It is refreshing, lightly spiced, and easy to make without artificial flavors or excessive sugar.
Red Beet Root Beer

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons PureClean Beet powder
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Tiny pinch of ground cloves
- Tiny pinch of sea salt
- 2 cups cold sparkling water
- Ice
Directions
- Add the beet powder and warm water to a glass or small pitcher. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the maple syrup, molasses, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and sea salt.
- Divide the mixture between two ice-filled glasses.
- Slowly pour one cup of sparkling water into each glass.
- Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
Make It a Float
Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream or your favorite dairy-free vanilla frozen dessert.
Flavor Tip
For a brighter, more traditional root beer finish, add a small squeeze of orange or a strip of orange peel while mixing.
