Free Shipping

We Offer Free Delivery on all orders over $100 (excluding the MLP formulary) and a 100% Satisfaction 60-Day Formula Guarantee.

We will provide an exchange or a 100% refund of the product purchase price if the customer pays the return shipping fee and we receive back the product and is not happy with the formula.

MLP Formulary & Lab Products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged, Packaging, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with packaging issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund, we require photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

Once a product has been opened or its seal has been broken, the condition of the product and packaging becomes the full responsibility of the customer. PureClean Performance cannot warranty, replace, or refund any product or packaging after opening under any circumstances.  Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and reporting any packaging or product concerns within 48 hours.
