International Shipping & Refund Policy

International shipping involves customs authorities, postal systems, carriers, import regulations, taxes, and other requirements outside the control of PureClean Performance. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

International Shipping Availability

PureClean Performance may offer international shipping only to selected countries, products, order sizes, and destinations.

International shipping availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, split, delay, or modify the shipping method for any international order when necessary because of carrier restrictions, product restrictions, customs requirements, package size or weight, destination limitations, or other logistical considerations.

An order being accepted through our website does not guarantee that the order can legally or practically be delivered to the destination entered by the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Import Eligibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the products ordered may legally be imported, received, possessed, or used in the destination country, and for obtaining and providing any permits, identification, licenses, documentation, approvals, or payments required by customs, carriers, postal authorities, or government agencies.

Import regulations for nutritional products, foods, dietary supplements, ingredients, package sizes, labeling, and quantities vary by country and can change without notice.

PureClean Performance does not represent or guarantee that any product offered on our U.S. website is approved for importation into, or compliant with the laws of, another country.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable carrier, the customer is responsible for acting as the importer or recipient responsible for clearing the shipment and cooperating with any customs or carrier requests. Failure or refusal to pay duties, taxes, fees, shipping adjustments, customs charges, or other amounts; failure to provide required information; or failure to accept or retrieve the shipment does not create any refund, credit, replacement, or reshipment obligation for PureClean Performance.

By placing an international order, you accept all risks associated with the importation of the products you have selected.

PureClean Performance's Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to using commercially reasonable efforts to:

• accurately pick and pack the products ordered;
• use the shipping information provided by the customer;
• provide the shipment to the selected carrier or fulfillment provider; and
• provide information reasonably required by our shipping provider to process the shipment.

Once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier, international transportation, customs processing, clearance, local postal handling, and final delivery are performed by independent third parties and government authorities outside PureClean Performance's control.

Customs Documentation

PureClean Performance or its fulfillment provider may prepare customs declarations, commercial invoices, Harmonized System classifications, product descriptions, country-of-origin information, or other shipping documents as part of processing an international shipment.

This assistance is provided solely to facilitate shipment and does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee that:

• the classification will be accepted by the destination country;
• customs will permit entry of the products;
• additional documentation will not be requested;
• the shipment will clear without inspection or delay; or
• additional taxes, duties, charges, permits, registrations, or fees will not be imposed.

The final determination regarding importation and clearance always rests with the applicable customs and governmental authorities.

Shipping Charges Are Provisional

International shipping charges displayed or collected at checkout are estimates based on the information and rates available when the order is placed.

International orders may be held before fulfillment while the actual shipping cost and available service are confirmed.

If the actual cost of shipment exceeds the amount collected at checkout, PureClean Performance may require payment of the difference before the order is shipped. If the customer does not agree to or pay an additional pre-shipment charge, PureClean Performance may cancel the unshipped order and issue any refund required by applicable law.

PureClean Performance is not obligated to ship an international order at an incorrectly calculated, outdated, or insufficient shipping rate.

Additional Charges After Shipment

International shipments may generate additional charges after the shipment has already left our facility, including without limitation: carrier rate adjustments; customs duties; import taxes; brokerage charges; customs processing or examination charges; postal or final-mile delivery fees; address-correction fees; storage or warehousing charges; return-to-sender, abandonment, or disposal charges; and other charges imposed by a carrier, postal authority, customs authority, or government agency.

By placing an international order, the purchaser agrees to remain responsible for these charges even when they are assessed after shipment. If such a charge is billed to PureClean Performance or our fulfillment provider, we may invoice the purchaser for the amount assessed. Where permitted by applicable law and payment-processing rules, the purchaser authorizes collection of properly documented charges associated with the shipment.

Customs Holds, Refusals, Seizures and Destruction

PureClean Performance has no control over the actions or decisions of foreign customs agencies, postal authorities, government agencies, or local carriers, and is not responsible for a shipment that is delayed by customs, held for inspection, refused entry, refused by the recipient, subject to additional documentation requirements, assessed additional taxes or fees, seized, abandoned, returned, destroyed, confiscated, or otherwise prevented from reaching the recipient because of import, customs, regulatory, carrier, address, or delivery issues outside our control.

Lost, Delayed or Misdelivered Shipments

International shipments may pass through multiple postal systems or carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PureClean Performance is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, missed delivery attempts, local postal problems, theft after delivery, incorrect delivery by a local carrier, or shipments recorded as delivered by the applicable carrier.

If a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, we may assist in submitting a carrier inquiry or claim when available. Submission of a claim does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement. Any recovery received from a carrier will be handled in accordance with the carrier's determination and applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

The purchaser is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate international delivery address, including any apartment, unit, province, postal code, telephone number, identification information, or other information required for delivery.

PureClean Performance is not responsible for loss, delay, return, or additional expense resulting from incomplete or incorrect customer-provided information or from the recipient's failure to accept or retrieve a shipment. Any additional costs resulting from these circumstances are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Sales Are Final

Because of the cost, complexity, regulatory uncertainty, and limited recoverability of international shipments, international purchases are considered final and non-refundable once shipped. Except where required by applicable law or where PureClean Performance made a verified picking or packing error, this applies even if the product is later returned to PureClean Performance or our fulfillment provider.

We do not provide refunds, replacements, credits, or reshipments for international orders because of: customs refusal or delay; import restrictions; duties or taxes; customer refusal to pay import-related charges; carrier or postal delays; returned, abandoned, seized, or destroyed packages; local delivery problems; incorrect customer-provided addresses; or dissatisfaction with international transit time.

Shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return charges, and other international transportation expenses are not refundable. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate any amount otherwise lawfully owed to PureClean Performance for the order or for additional international shipping, customs, carrier, or import-related charges.

The only exceptions to this section are rights that cannot legally be waived or a verified error by PureClean Performance in picking or packing the customer's order.

PureClean Fulfillment Errors

If PureClean Performance ships an incorrect product or incorrect quantity, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or other reasonable documentation of the shipment. Once the error is verified, PureClean Performance will determine the appropriate remedy for the affected merchandise.

This provision does not make PureClean Performance responsible for customs actions, any product damage, carrier damage, international transportation problems, or events occurring after proper tender of the shipment to the carrier.

Title and Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title to the merchandise and all risk of loss, damage, delay, seizure, confiscation, destruction, nondelivery, return, or other shipment-related loss pass to the customer when PureClean Performance or its fulfillment provider tenders the shipment to the carrier.

PureClean Performance does not insure or guarantee the customer's international shipment, customs clearance, or final delivery unless PureClean Performance expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Force Majeure

PureClean Performance is not responsible or liable for any delay, interruption, inability to ship, nondelivery, additional expense, loss, or other consequence caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation war, terrorism, civil unrest, sanctions, embargoes, governmental actions, changes in law or import restrictions, customs actions, epidemics or pandemics, border closures, natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, labor disputes, strikes, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, postal-service suspensions, international mail suspensions, supply interruptions, infrastructure failures, or similar events.

Any additional shipping, storage, return, rerouting, customs, carrier, disposal, or other charges resulting from such circumstances remain the customer's responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping Discount and Order Eligibility

All international orders are one-time purchases only and are not eligible for subscriptions, recurring-order programs, Subscribe & Save pricing, automatic renewals, subscription discounts, or any other recurring-purchase arrangement.

International orders are also not eligible for discount codes, promotional codes, coupons, referral credits, loyalty or reward credits, free-shipping promotions, promotional pricing, gifts-with-purchase, bundled promotional discounts, accessory offers, store credits, price matching, price adjustments, or any other discount, incentive, promotional benefit, or special offer unless PureClean Performance expressly authorizes it in writing for that specific international order.

Discounts or promotional benefits that may appear available on the website or during checkout do not create an entitlement to those benefits for an international order. PureClean Performance may remove or reverse any discount, promotion, subscription pricing, shipping subsidy, credit, or other benefit that was incorrectly applied to an international transaction and may require payment of the resulting balance before fulfillment.

Customs, Carrier and Government Data Disclosure

By placing an international order, the customer authorizes PureClean Performance and its fulfillment, shipping, customs, brokerage, payment, and carrier partners to provide the customer's name, address, telephone number, email address, order information, product information, shipment value, identification information, and other information reasonably required to carriers, postal authorities, customs agencies, brokers, governmental authorities, or other parties involved in processing, clearing, transporting, or delivering the shipment.

Such information may be transmitted to or processed in countries outside the United States as necessary to complete the international shipment and is also subject to PureClean Performance's applicable Privacy Policy.

Samples, Promotional Items and Customs Valuation

PureClean Performance may, but is not required to, include samples, promotional products, accessories, inserts, or other complimentary items in a shipment. Any such item may be declared, described, classified, or assigned a customs value as required by applicable law, the carrier, customs authorities, or the fulfillment provider.

Any duty, tax, fee, delay, documentation requirement, customs consequence, or other expense associated with such an item remains the customer's responsibility and does not create a right to a refund, credit, replacement, or other compensation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These International Shipping Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to an international order shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees that any legal proceeding arising from or relating to an international order shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina, and the customer consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this provision eliminates any consumer protection or jurisdictional right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

Acceptance of International Shipping Risk

By completing an international purchase, you acknowledge that international shipment of nutritional and related products carries risks that do not exist with ordinary domestic delivery. You expressly accept those risks and agree that PureClean Performance is not the insurer or guarantor of international customs clearance or delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that applicable law expressly prohibits the parties from waiving.
