We know you want your products as soon as possible, which is why we are working toward same day processing and shipping.

Until then, orders are usually delivered in less than 5 business days. We ship all products via USPS and FedEx, which makes it easy for you to track your order’s progress.

Shipping is free order totals above $125.

Orders placed during the weekends and holidays may experience one or two days delay due to higher demand and variable shipment processing times. Thank you for your understanding.  

Customers are responsible for providing and confirming complete and accurate delivery address and all order information is correct at the time of order confirmation. Customers are responsible for setting and ensuring accuracy of their subscription shipments. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PureClean Performance is not responsible for issues that may arise from items that are by the customers' responsibility such as rejected on dilvery, or situations where the customer does not attend to their package after dilvery.
