I have used Beet'ums for a few years now, training and racing, I have found eating 1 every 30 minutes during a hard endurance training ride or race works best for me. For Cross races I eat 1-60 minutes and another 30 minutes before the race. Great product.

They're a favorite
These really work! I break them in half and dissolve them on each side of my mouth for about 20 mins prior to working out, etc. Youll just notice that you wont hit the wall as soon as usual.
