I wanted to enhance the healthful qualities of my breakfast smoothie, so decided to give this a try. I am not fond of chocolate, but this just adds good flavor without going into chocolate overload. It doesn't add a lot of sweetness, either - which I see as a plus. I include a scoop of Unbeetabrew for even more nitrates, plus a caffeine kick. Since I've been using this, my nitrate levels have stayed in the right zone and I know I am doing something good for myself without a lot of effort (but with great flavor).
