Paleo Fudge Recipe with Paleo Protein Powder
This is a simple and delicious recipe for paleo fudge using protein powder and no sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup paleo protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp monk fruit or stevia for additional sweetness
Instructions:
- Melt the base: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and almond butter until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, paleo protein powder, and sea salt.
- Combine wet and dry: Slowly pour the melted coconut oil and almond butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Add flavor: Mix in vanilla extract and optional sweetener if desired.
- Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate or freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Cut and serve: Slice into small squares and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for longer.
