Are Chocoberry Blast and UnbeetaBrew redundant to each other or complimentary?  If complementary, what are the appropriate situations to intake?

Chocoberry is meant to be a daily nutrition booster to add to protein, I recommend o PureClean Protein vanilla. Unbeetabrew is a blend of coffee, mushrooms and beet juice powder to have hot or iced as a pick me up or performance boost. Adding the PeakAtP capsules makes it a nice pre-workout out Booster. I see improvements in both weight reps and cycling power when using it.

Is PureClean Performance safe for kids to use?  

All of our supplement can be considered safe for kids given they are 100% wholefood based and are like nothing different than getting natural nutrients from a healthy diet or plate of food. However, while it may seem like a good idea due to the potency and effectiveness of PureClean Performance, our products should only be used in conjunction with an already healthy and balanced diet, especially for kids.

There are two products we would not recommend for kids, however:

1.Most kids more likely than not do not need to take an amino acids supplement, in general. Instead, we would recommended starting with PureClean Protein already rich in amino acids both eaas and bcaas and with collagen.  

2. The other supplement we don't recommend for kids is Unbeetabrew because, while a low amount, it still does have caffeine in it, so it's best to stay way from that until they are old enough to enjoy the benefits.

Wondering if you have a recipe for a birthday cake that uses your unflavored protein powder. I am ok with maple syrup, honey, coconut flour, raw milk, eggs. Its my birthday next week and I want to make a cake that I can eat.

1. Chocolate Protein Birthday Cake

Ingredients:

• 4 scoops unflavored protein powder (adjust based on desired protein content)

• 1 cup coconut flour

• 1 cup cocoa powder

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 4 eggs

• 1 cup raw milk (or any milk of your choice)

• 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

• 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or butter

• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2. Protein Cheesecake Birthday Cake

Ingredients:

• 4 scoops unflavored protein powder

• 2 cups almond flour

• 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

• 4 eggs

• 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 16 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

• 4 eggs

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3. Protein Carrot Birthday Cake

Ingredients:

• 4 scoops unflavored protein powder

• 1 cup coconut flour

• 1 tablespoon baking powder

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

• 4 eggs

• 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

• 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

• 1 cup grated carrots

• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

• Cream cheese frosting (optional, for topping)

  
  

As you can see, just feel free to add it into your favorite recipes and perhaps just cut a little bit back on the flour for consistency.
