FIVE PureClean Protein Pudding & Bites Recipes! (PureClean Protein is non-dairy and grass fed)
3.5-4 scoops PureClean Protein Vanilla
You can add more to make more thick and more protein. Double it to make it very thick for bites.
16oz water or your favorite milk (such as oat milk, coconut milk, organic A2 milk, etc.)
FOR VANILLA: dash of pink salt and one small cap of vanilla extract
FOR CHOCOLATE: add cocoa powder and some honey or bettersweet 0 glycemic sweetener
FOR KEY LIME PIE: 4 tbsp lime juice, 4 tbsp lemon juice (more juice for more flavor!), use bettersweet sweetener until desired taste
FOR COFFEE: 2-3 scoops UNBETABREW COFFEE, optional addition of instant caffeinated arabica beans for stronger flavor and energy
FOR SUPERBERRY: Blend in your choice of berries, fruit, or juice concentrate until desired flavor, sweeten additionally with honey
How to make:
Put the water, PureClean Protein, vanilla extract and salt in a blender, blend on low to medium until well mixed for about 10 seconds. Pour into molds, glass container, bowls or whatever you'd like to eat your protein pudding or bites out of. Stick in the refrigerator for about 90 minutes to 120 minutes. Take out and enjoy with a spoon or eat like bites! TIP: it will firm up faster in containers that are wider and less deep
*if you don't happen to eat the whole recipe in one go or want to make some more for the whole family, to have around as a snack, or for your post workout or nutrition schedule to last the week, then multiply the recipe and then cover or store in glass Tupperware in the fridge. Once you take it out, consume within 30 mins as, when left out of the cold, it will eventually start to lose shape.
