I have used this product for several years, cycling on and off it depending upon where I am in my competitive season and training. I can definitely say that I have less soreness and can handle more intense training loads and race schedules when I am taking this regularly. Taste is much milder than most super-artificially-flavored amino acid powders, and it does not upset my stomach at all. It's not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for-- this works significantly better than the 13 other amino acid products I have used over the past 5 years. It is important to take it on an empty stomach, at least for me... but YMMV. I have been extremely happy with the products I've used from this company (I use the beet products daily, and the coffee product when I travel), and would recommend them without reservation. That said, I am a competitive athlete and train hard year-round, so not sure how they work for more "normal" folks.

I have used Beet'ums for a few years now, training and racing, I have found eating 1 every 30 minutes during a hard endurance training ride or race works best for me. For Cross races I eat 1-60 minutes and another 30 minutes before the race. Great product.

These really work! I break them in half and dissolve them on each side of my mouth for about 20 mins prior to working out, etc. Youll just notice that you wont hit the wall as soon as usual.

Unbeatabrew isn't a very tasty coffee when compared with a fancy single origin but isn't bad for an instant coffee. However, I'm not drinking it for the taste but for the focus during hard workouts and how convenient it is to make.
Also it's perfect for pre-race loading. Two scoops= my caffeine and nitrites requirements + l-theanine for no-jitters!

As a long time age group endurance athlete who enjoys working to improve what my body can do, I started periodically using Unbeetabrew for its nitric oxide benefits to help improve the oxygen delivery to my active muscles. Mixes up smooth and does what I want. I actually like this stuff so much more than regular coffee. The only negative thing is it tastes quite bitter cold, but I love not having to wait for it to brew. It gives me more even energy throughout the day than regular coffee.

If you look at all the blends, it's worth the price.
You have adaptogens, fiber, greens. So much which, individually adds up.
It's great that there's no added sugar, stevia, monkfruit or any of those with the aftertaste.
However, as you know, if it has wheat grass & spirulina, gonna taste green.
So the taste is Cocoa & slightly fruity and a bit of grass. The fruits help but it is what it is.
You will need to run this through the blender.
Fortunately I use a Nutribullet Pro to add Chocoberry to fruit & yogurt.
While I do get a lil motivation boost from this, it's more mind than body.
Somehow the blends get my brain clicking on all cylinders.
Brain power is 5.

Flavor is not my preference at all. Very tin like flavor.
However this stuff works like a champ! It really helped me heal up after a physical performance test that came in quick.

I wanted to give you some more feedback using Sparq and Fundaminos. During the pandemic, I cleaned up my diet, dropping from 165 lbs to 145 lbs. After three weeks of using Sparq pre-workout I am hitting 5% higher power at the lower body weight! I have also been able to hold my TrainingPeaks calculated threshold heart rate of 175bpm at those higher power numbers at a lower perceived effort.
That and using Fundaminos post-workout is stunningly effective in reducing soreness the next day. Although I still have to gulp Sparq like medicine!

Honestly I love SPARQ in combo with FUNDAMINOS. I have been using FUNDAMINOS for a few years but really like the new stack. I am noticing a decrease in soreness and improved muscle definition. I enjoyed BEETUMS chews last time. Just so you know, I only use PureClean Performance, HealthForce Superfood Green and Bulletproof products due to purity as I really appreciate clean sources of nutrition.

Think this is the 5th/6th brand I’ve tried most others smell horrid or taste like you’re eating dried up week old beef. This one…I absolutely LOVE it!!! Most others I’ve tried have a definite beef taste and just plain awful (including the smell!) I eat only meat and minimal dairy as I am Carnivore. I use it with a little heavy cream, cream cheese, ice water, monk fruit sweetener and make my own Carnivore Ice Cream! Love that it provides 25g of protein with just 2 small scoops. So easy to meet my protein goals!!! Plus there’s collagen! ❤️❤️❤️ There is a little taste that it has, almost a sweet taste and if anything , it adds a unique welcome flavor for me! I Use This Everyday! I always take some of this with me wherever I go! I like the taste and it fills me up real good. I feel better when taking this protein powder and its a great meal replacement in combination with some other stuff when traveling. I think I have also put on some muscle, too!
