Follow these three Ps for the most enjoyable and effective PureClean Routine

Prime: In the morning, start with 1 to 1.5 scoops of PURECLEAN PROTEIN™ and 1 to 1.5 scoops of CHOCOBERRY BLAST™ with ¼ cup of frozen berries or ⅓ of a banana, 1 tablespoon healthy fat (e.g. nut butter, avocado, MCT, or olive oil), dairy-free milk (e.g. coconut, cashew, and/or flax). Add in some water in preferred amounts for consistency and temperature. Mix and enjoy. Preferably consumed at least 2 hours before planned physical activity or exercise.

Perform: Have 1 serving of UNBEETABREW™ Health Boosting & Pre-Workout Coffee  (highly recommend with SPARQ!) 30 minutes before your activity, workout, or race. For the best UNBEETABREW™, pour a little hot water over the powder to just cover, let bubble for 30 seconds and then add the remaining fluid with a few ounces of frothed Califia Oatmilk and 3 to 5 drops of Sweetleaf Chocolate Stevia or 1 tsp of raw honey, which also promote nitric oxide. If you prefer a cold UNBEETABREW™, mix it with 8 ounces of water, milk or cream and 4 ice cubes. Use 1 ½ scoops for the occasional strong brew!
