Chocolate Health Snack (Easy, Guilt-Free, High Protein, Paleo)

Recipe (not set in stone, adapt based on your nutritional needs and mixture thickness):
Raw Honey: 4-6 tbsp (or less if you like it less sweet)
Sweetened Cocoa Nibs
Nut Milk (in case the mix is too thick)
Combine and mix all the ingredients in a bowl. You can add the powders first if you want. Mix everything into a thick, fudge-like paste. If the mix is crumbly, add some nut milk or more coconut oil. It helps to melt the coconut oil a little bit before adding it to the mixture. Once mixed, put the chocolatey “dough” onto a baking sheet and roll it out somewhat evenly. Put the rolled out chocolate slab into the refrigerator (freezer for a few minutes works, too) until it sets and becomes hard. Cut the bar into pieces and put it in a container so that you can put it back into the refrigerator to prevent the squares (or whatever shapes you want to make) from melting. Enjoy!
