It All Began More Than 100 Years Ago In A Foreign Land...
Dr. Rick heard the stories of how his grandma before going out to work the fields in Khashchuvate (73km south of Uman', Ukraine), had with her family a meal of borscht, black coffee, and usually some herbal mushrooms.
These ingredients were what they had available but, to their benefit, they were also a known boost to sustain, nourish, and energize their bodies with dedicated, hard work.
Sometimes in coffee shortages, her family would forage for just mushrooms and brew /eat/consume those instead for healthy energy and immunity with the beets!
While life has certainly gotten a lot easier since those day, when Dr. Rick's grandmother came to America in the early 1900s, she continued to consume the same three foods everyday out of habit and her intuitive health sensing reasons until her passing at 102 years old!
Dr. Rick combines this story in conjunction with modern science and clinical research to honor his beloved grandmother by combining red beets, mushrooms, and coffee plus 5 other superfoods into a tasteful and powerful product everyone could benefit from.
This was the birth of UNBEETABREW™. Enjoy it for a long life, great health, and peak fitness.

More on Dr. Cohen & His "Nanny's" Story...
"A few years ago I discovered where my grandmother grew up in the Ukraine at--of all places--a backyard barbecue with my new found cousins I just met.... in Australia!
In searching the name of her hometown, Khaschuvate, on maps.google, I discovered a remote and tiny farming community. It's what one might expect to see in rural Ukraine (or anywhere in Eastern Europe small town): dirt roads, a gas station, small grocery store, houses shaped like boxes with pointy hats, and nothing changing. But, the beautiful riverside view just outside town on the maps caught my eye. And the more I looked, the more it seemed familiar.
Like something I had always known.
The mystery was solved when I noticed the same riverside view in my living room depicted on my grandmother's favorite painting, a 100-year-old treasure I inherited after she died. I always thought she cherished it for it's beauty, but I now know the piece of art had sentimental value. It was a window back into her home she kept to remember...
A home of both joy and fear.
"For most of her younger years, my grandmother lived a hardworking and peaceful life as a farmer and innkeeper. She relied on the healthy fruits of her labor, such as beets, mushroom and a coffee treat." But this life was upended by a struggle to stay alive after the outbreak of WW1.
Not only was her village right in the line of fire between Austria-Hungary and Russia, she was Jewish and could not flee before the raids and anti-semitic campaigns were initiated.
All she could do was hide and pray.
At one point, my grandmother was discovered hiding in the "food closet" inside her home by a few soldiers looking for Jews, and food, of course. But before they could take her away, she pleaded with them to spare her life in exchange for a hearty home-cooked meal and all the food they wanted.
Thankfully, the hungry soldiers agreed. She cooked them dinner and they showed her mercy.
She served stewed beef with the beets she had harvested from her family's fields and the wild mushrooms she previously foraged and happened to have on hand.
" Beets and mushrooms would remain the mainstays of her diet that would sustain her until she could formulate an escape route that would first take her to Cuba, then permanently to Brooklyn, New York. Looking back at the memories, I feel a great appreciation for my grandmother's personal history and heritage; and to her dedication to both her home and family."
Looking back at the memories, I feel a great appreciation for my grandmother's personal history and heritage; and to her dedication to both her home and family.
The life lessons she learned empowered her with the ability to rise to almost any challenge, and so can you.
After spending almost 102 years on this earth, she left behind a legacy that has inspired me to live a long, healthy, and happy life.
I've even included some of her centuries-old wellness wisdom in the formulation of UNBEETABREW™ which features a mix of health and performance-enhancing superfoods. In addition, the unique combination of beets, Arabica coffee, and mushrooms helps to provide you with a clean, old-fashioned boost of energy, strength, and focus.
And you? What about your ancestors are you grateful for?
I'm very grateful that my memories of my grandmother today keep me connected to the past so I can see life in the right perspective going forward into the future. Now more than ever.
In good health, Dr. Cohen
