First meal of the day!: 1½ scoops PURECLEAN PROTEIN™ & 1½ scoops CHOCOBERRY BLAST™ mixed with 1 tbsp. olive oil, ¼ to ½ cup frozen berries, cashew or flax milk, water, and ice.
In the afternoon or prior to physical activity: One scoop SPARQ™
After physical activity or late afternoon (an hour or two before dinner): Two scoops FUNDAMINOS™
Personal Variations: One BEET’UMS™ occasionally as a snack, on long or high altitude hikes, and when traveling. I really enjoy UNBEETABREW™ with fluffed oat milk and a tad of sweetener; however, I don’t do well with caffeine daily, so I prefer SPARQ™.
FYI: I do replace SPARQ™ with UNBEETABREW™ once or twice weekly, with Sunday brunch, or icedwhen its hot!
